Account Manager

About the role

Tektronix Taiwan is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth in sales of direct‑sales products and solutions. You will own a defined territory, engage daily with customers, and build a pipeline that delivers profitable order growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for assigned industrial accounts, including OEM/ODM, IPC, material, memory, display, storage, IC design houses and EV customers.
• Engage customers on a daily basis to understand needs, present solutions, and close sales.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and tactical actions.
• Create compelling sales proposals and action plans that drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of each account’s requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling test‑and‑measurement (T&M) products, scope, computing or datacom applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, patient and results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting metrics.

Required skills

• Electronic Engineering knowledge.
• Experience selling T&M products and solutions.
• Understanding of scope, computing and datacom technologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
