Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, driving new business development and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role combines market analysis, forecasting, pricing, and strategic planning to meet sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and budget goals.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote product lines and explore new opportunities.
• Conduct market research through visits, calls, and interviews to understand customer needs.
• Create and maintain lists of potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting and planning, collaborating with customer service and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronics or chemicals industry.
• Established network with customers in the chemical sector.
• Strong command of English.
• Highly self‑motivated with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
