职位概况
我们正在寻找具备团队建设与带领经验的物流业务经理，负责推动Noatum在电子行业的物流整体解决方案（空运+海运）业务增长。
主要职责
- 实现并超额完成公司销售及盈利目标，拓展新客户，维护重点客户。
- 提供空运、海运等全套物流解决方案，制定并执行市场与销售策略。
- 组建并培养本地销售团队，提供指导与绩效管理。
- 负责报价、合同管理、应收款跟进及销售报告等商业运营工作。
任职要求
- 5年以上物流或货运代理行业销售经验。
- 有成功建立、管理并辅导销售团队的记录或潜力。
- 熟悉电子行业客户需求，具备相应的业务开发经验。
- 熟练掌握空运、海运及综合物流方案的销售。
- 良好的英文书面及口头沟通能力。
