职位概况
负责UberEats在台湾南部地区的餐厅渠道开发与业务拓展，帮助中小型餐厅加入平台提升营收。
主要职责
- 制定并执行中小型餐厅的开发策略，达成月度业绩目标。
- 完成餐厅签约流程并制作内部报表。
- 提供餐厅运营建议，优化客户体验，实现双赢合作。
- 通过电话或实地拜访向餐厅传递平台价值，推广UberEats的营销与合作模式。
任职要求
- 欢迎应届毕业生，性格活泼、乐于与人交流。
- 具备客户导向，能快速理解并响应需求。
- 具备高度执行力和团队合作精神。
- 具备问题解决能力，能有效分析并应对突发状况。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通表达能力。
- 基本的商务谈判与说服技巧。
我们提供
- 底薪 40,000‑55,000 新台币（依经验核薪），业绩奖金无上限。
- 入职前两个月额外月奖金 12,000 元。
