职位概况

Coupang 台灣招募商品資料營運優化專員，負責自營（Retail）與第三方賣家（3P）商品目錄的營運，包括商品資料建立、編輯與下架，以及團隊成員的訓練與指導。Voice of Seller 團隊是賣家商品目錄問題的聯絡窗口，與工程、客服等部門合作，透過服務水準協議（SLA）即時回應賣家需求，並識別重複性問題的根本原因。

主要职责

針對賣家回報的商品目錄問題進行根本原因分析
透過 Buybox 設定優化重點商品，支援專案以提升消費者購物體驗
辨識系統錯誤並提出改善需求，與相關團隊協作
依據 SOP 審核賣家申請內容，提供一致正確的指引與回覆
能獨立完成工作任務

任职要求

熟悉 Excel 操作，或對數據分析有興趣
具備賣家或客戶諮詢／客服相關經驗
對電子商務營運模式有紮實理解
加分：英文或韓文雙語能力；Zendesk 或其他客服管理系統經驗
