Test Technician – Electronics Testing & Debug

About the role

The Test Technician executes product tests, performs first‑level debugging, and carries out repair and rework activities on boards, sub‑assemblies, and systems. This role works closely with Product Quality/Test Process Engineers and Operations to ensure products meet quality, reliability, and production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform PCBA sub‑assembly swapping, component‑level debug/repair, and system‑level testing.
• Execute test procedures and validate results against defined criteria.
• Conduct first‑level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Test Engineers.
• Perform final configuration, verification, and validation testing prior to shipment.
• Log process results in the required database and follow calibration requirements for test equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum technical diploma (2‑5 year course) or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in testing, debugging, or repairing electronic assemblies or systems.
• Ability to read and follow test procedures, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ATE systems, test stations, or diagnostic tools is an advantage.
