Territory Manager – MSG Products (Taiwan)

About the role

The Territory Manager will lead the sales of MSG products across Taiwan, driving revenue growth and delivering a premier customer experience. You will develop and execute short‑ and long‑term plans to expand market share and support the field sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales for the full range of MSG products in Taiwan and achieve annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high‑potential projects and close sufficient deals to offset erosion.
• Provide regular updates on customer business situations to inform division strategic planning.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new application opportunities.
• Develop and implement a 1‑3 year sales growth plan for the territory.
• Deliver market intelligence to guide product development and commercialization.
• Prepare timely sales reports and market analyses for internal and regional stakeholders.
• Support cross‑divisional product sales initiatives and manage key account reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• More than 5 years of sales or marketing experience with frequent customer interaction.
• Proven success in developing and leveraging distribution channels.
• Experience in a multinational corporation is advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, result‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
