Telemarketing Officer – Personal Loans & Cards

About the role

The position involves promoting DBS personal loan products by phone to high‑quality card holders in Taiwan. You will provide professional financial consulting, handle customer inquiries, and work towards achieving performance targets within the Consumer Banking Group.

Key responsibilities

• Promote personal loan products by telephone to qualified DBS card holders and deliver professional financial advice.
• Provide feedback on status and suggestions to the supervisor.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues related to personal loan services.
• Maintain knowledge of required professional information, computer operations, and compliance with company regulations.

Required profile

• Basic telephone handling skills with fluency in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
• Clear articulation, strong learning spirit, and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Prior telephone experience (e.g., market research, investment promotion, recruitment) preferred.
• Positive attitude, ambition, and desire to become a full‑scale telemarketing specialist.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Chinese typing.
