Technician – Installation & Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a Technician to install, maintain and repair our products at customers’ homes or businesses. The role combines hands‑on technical work with direct customer interaction, ensuring products are demonstrated, installed correctly and any issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic product features using a predefined script.
• Provide basic product/service information and answer customer questions.
• Carry out simple equipment installation tasks under close supervision.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and repair following detailed instructions.
• Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns, and escalate when needed.
• Follow mandatory operational procedures and regulatory codes.
• Make calls to allocated existing customers to build rapport.
• Interview customers with a standard script to clarify requirements.
• Organise daily work schedule according to changing priorities.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental work instructions, including use of personal protective equipment.
• Develop procedural and technical skills through training and coaching.

Required profile

• Upper secondary school education.
• Relevant experience and completion of technical product training.
• Demonstrated high‑level product and process knowledge.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic communication skills for providing product information.
• Commitment to operational compliance and safety procedures.
