Technical UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical UX/UI Designer to act as the bridge between our international UX/UI team and Taiwan‑based Frontend Developers. As the first UX/UI Designer in Taiwan, you will own the connection between design and engineering, maintain our Figma Design System, and improve the translation of designs into production.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge communication between overseas UX/UI and Taiwan Frontend teams.
• Build and maintain Figma components and Design Systems.
• Support developers with design and implementation questions.
• Review designs for technical feasibility and implementation readiness.
• Track and resolve design‑related issues with Jira.
• Maintain Design System documentation and versioning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Figma experience.
• Strong knowledge of components, variants, Auto Layout, and Design Systems.
• Experience with complex digital products or large‑scale systems.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development workflows.
• Fluent English for daily communication with an international team.
