Technical Trainer (Scanner/Bonder) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer specialized in scanner and bonder equipment to support our semiconductor customers in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role involves delivering high‑quality training on operations and maintenance, both on‑site and through digital platforms, ensuring customers achieve the performance standards required in a clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical training courses for customers focusing on Operations & Maintenance.
• Develop and deliver internal training programs for employees using classroom, online, and hybrid formats.
• Maintain and service training equipment and support the setup of new training facilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Service, and Application teams to create training for new products.

Required profile

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering technical training sessions or workshops.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and training material creation.
• Experience with e‑learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
