Technical Trainer (Coater/Bonder) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer specialized in Coater and Bonder equipment to join our Hsinchu headquarters. In this role you will support semiconductor customers by delivering high‑quality training on operations, maintenance and new product features, both on‑site and through digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical training courses for customers focusing on Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Develop and deliver internal training programs for employees using classroom, online and hybrid formats.
• Maintain and service training equipment and assist in setting up new training facilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Service and Application teams to create training material for new products.
• Support the LMS e‑learning platform by creating content and ensuring quality.

Required profile

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Mechanic) or equivalent.
• State‑Certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience delivering technical training sessions or workshops.
• Strong ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and training material creation.
• Experience with e‑learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
