Technical Support Engineer – Exchange

About the role

Microsoft’s Customer Service & Support team is seeking a Technical Support Engineer focused on Exchange. You will work with customers worldwide to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, helping them get the most out of Microsoft solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues related to Exchange.
• Collaborate with internal teams and use Microsoft troubleshooting tools and best practices.
• Lead or participate in community building and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness programs.
• Identify potential product defects, escalate them appropriately, and contribute to product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of technical support, consulting or IT experience (or 3 years if no degree).
• Fluent Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and confident English communication skills.
