Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our fast‑growing technology team within a leading global payments organization. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, complex initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through delivery across one or two business segments.
• Develop and customize project plans, adapting standard processes to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risk, and issue escalation to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare regular status reports, and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Allocate tasks, coordinate project staff, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee project estimation, billing, budget tracking, and contract compliance while identifying revenue‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant project‑management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
