About the role
As a Team Manager focusing on the Watches & Jewelry (W&J) category, you will act as an ambassador of the brand and drive high‑end business sales. You will be responsible for developing the W&J client base and delivering world‑class luxury experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team to build strong client relationships and attract new W&J clients.
- Proactively achieve sales goals, particularly within the W&J category.
- Uphold the highest standards in delivering client experiences.
- Maintain efficient sales‑floor management.
- Coach and develop your team, inspiring them to strive for excellence.
Required profile
- Extensive managerial experience in the luxury retail sector or with watches & jewelry brands.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Client‑centric mindset.
- Strong team player with high motivation.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and the world of watches & jewelry.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
