About the role
We are a leading wireless broadband communications company seeking a talented Antenna Design Engineer. The role involves creating antenna prototypes, fine‑tuning their performance to meet specifications, and delivering comprehensive measurement data and design reports for internal and customer reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Produce antenna samples and related test environments, providing the necessary samples for experiments.
- Adjust antenna frequency and resonance to meet specified performance ranges.
- Simulate antenna behavior, refine resonant frequencies, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Measure antenna samples, generate complete measurement data, and compile design reports for review.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in English for technical documentation and communication.
Required skills
- Antenna design and electromagnetic design.
- EM simulation software (e.g., CST, HFSS).
- 3GPP and LTE telecommunications standards.
- Atoll RF planning software.
- Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
- Microwave engineering and transmission.
- Git version control and JIRA/Atlassian Confluence for project tracking.
