Supply Chain Financial Analyst

About the role

Join HP's global Supply Chain Finance team supporting buy/sell procurement across EMEA. You will work closely with finance professionals, business partners, and operational teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, cash‑flow management, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end closing activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare recurring reports, analyse results, and investigate variances.
• Monitor accounts receivable, assist collection efforts, and help meet cash‑flow targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, ODM partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders on daily operations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and operational improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to automation and process‑enhancement projects using analytical tools.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and compliance documentation.
• Participate in special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, business analysis or similar functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills in English and Mandarin.
