Stock Executive – Operations & Control

About the role

The Stock Executive is responsible for ensuring flawless stock accuracy across all store areas. You will coordinate inbound and outbound product flows, manage daily replenishment, and support the finance team with accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day stock operations to maintain perfect synchronization between physical and system‑based flows (receiving, transfers, shipments, returns).
• Manage daily replenishment of storage areas on the sales floor, including products and packaging.
• Monitor and close expired reservations, reintegrating stock and assisting the manager with negative‑stock corrections.
• Handle defective or shop‑soiled products and control stock replenishment processes.
• Prepare and execute stock takes and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and produce final reports for finance validation.
• Propose and implement corrective actions to improve stock‑take results and reduce shrinkage.
• Develop optimized storage organization, define front‑ and back‑office storage practices, and collaborate with sales teams to adjust storage layouts.
• Ensure proper implementation of storage rules, 5S controls, and KPI tracking, raising alerts when necessary.
• Coordinate with store teams, corporate logistics, internal control, and retail merchandising to align stock‑related activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory or stock management within a retail or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and KPI monitoring.
