Solutions Architect

About the role

Logicalis is seeking a Solutions Architect to help customers transform digitally by aligning their vision with cutting‑edge technology. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to design, present, and validate network and cloud solutions that meet business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to gather requirements, assess challenges, and design optimal network solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations that showcase solution value.
• Create custom system architectures, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, including documentation, architecture diagrams, and detailed specifications.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept (PoC) initiatives to validate proposed solutions.
• Work cross‑functionally with product management, engineering, and support to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to advise customers on best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales or technical support role within a systems or solutions company.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.
• Consultative selling mindset with a self‑learning attitude for new technologies.
• Excellent cross‑team communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Preferably holds a VCP or other network‑vendor certification.
