Service Technician – Advanced Warehouse Automation

About the role

Dematic Taiwan is seeking a Service Technician to join its Taichung site. You will work on cutting‑edge warehouse automation systems, ensuring they run safely, reliably and efficiently. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their engineering knowledge in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Order Fulfilment (OFS) and Sortation solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, restoring operation within reasonable timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with Service Managers, Maintenance Supervisors and Engineers.
• Report faults, health‑and‑safety risks and complete required paperwork promptly.
• Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to work onsite in a collaborative service team.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety policies.
