Global Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Global Sourcing team handles all direct procurement for Verkada's hardware portfolio. As a Global Sourcing Manager you will own end‑to‑end sourcing execution for a product line, using analytical tools, negotiating costs and managing part qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Own hardware sourcing responsibilities for Verkada product line(s).
• Analyze BOM pricing, identify opportunities and negotiate pricing.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage production cost and quality.
• Validate Manufacturing Value Add (MVA) using cycle‑time analysis.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain or commodity management.
• 4+ years working with international supply chains across multiple time zones and countries.
• Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week and accommodate early‑morning calls.
