Senior UX Researcher

About the role

The Senior UX Researcher will be a core member of the Taiwan UX leadership team, responsible for managing research to conceive and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. The role involves planning innovative research programs and using the latest methodologies to analyze customer behavior and generate actionable insights for product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall qualitative and quantitative research strategy and roadmap.
• Employ cutting‑edge research methodologies to improve research quality and reliability.
• Shape future product and category states by driving decisions with actionable insights and collaborating with cross‑functional teams including UX, product, engineering, marketing, operations, and fulfillment.

Required profile

• Over 5 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods within a consumer‑oriented business model, such as UX research, market research, usability testing, or strategic analysis.
• Partner closely with design and product owners to develop strategy and rationale for features.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast‑moving, rapid‑growth environment.
