Visual Storyteller (Visual Designer)

About the role

You see the world through a visual lens—layout, hierarchy, clarity, and meaning. As a storyteller, you turn ideas into visuals that make sense, feel intentional, and guide attention, caring about how things are read, understood, and experienced, not just how they look.

Key responsibilities

• Produce visual design work across brand, campaign, social media, infographic, and report projects.
• Translate ideas into layouts and visuals that guide understanding.
• Support storytelling through thoughtful hierarchy and composition.
• Collaborate with designers, video storytellers, and account teams on multi‑channel projects.
• Develop content for proposals, campaigns, and regional/global initiatives.
• Explore motion, video, and mixed‑media formats and stay curious about AI‑assisted tools.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on visual or graphic design experience.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable collaborating in English with regional and global teams.
• Agency or in‑house creative experience is a plus.
• Interest in motion, video, or mixed‑media storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Basic motion design capabilities.
• Video editing basics.
