Senior Specialist I – Demand Forecasting

About the role

ASM is seeking a Senior Specialist I to lead global demand forecasting and planning for its spare‑parts portfolio. The role combines deep analytical work with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and alignment with business objectives across the semiconductor supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global forecasting models and planning parameters for spare‑parts assortments.
• Collaborate with regional planners, commodity managers and procurement teams to align forecasts with regional demand and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Monitor critical allocation parts worldwide and work with procurement to secure sufficient inventory for global demand.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes using advanced analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to business development, account, and other cross‑functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy and spares performance.
