Senior SoC Architect (Taiwan)

About the role

MemryX is looking for a Senior SoC Architect to lead the definition and implementation of next‑generation system‑on‑chip solutions for AI and edge‑computing applications. You will translate software and workload requirements into scalable hardware architectures and guide the design from concept through silicon bring‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall SoC architecture, including memory hierarchy, IP selection, high‑speed interconnects, coherency, I/O, security and power‑management strategies.
• Own and maintain architecture specifications, roadmaps and micro‑architecture documentation.
• Perform trade‑off analysis balancing performance, power, area, cost and schedule for edge AI workloads.
• Develop performance models and identify bottlenecks across hardware and software stacks.
• Collaborate with RTL, verification, firmware, compiler and application teams throughout development and silicon bring‑up.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across multiple disciplines.

• Adaptable to fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proven senior‑level experience in SoC architecture and silicon bring‑up.
