Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across the organization. In this role you will partner with hiring managers, external partners and academic institutions to attract and secure top talent that drives Micron’s innovation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and counseling to hiring managers, vendors, colleges and universities on recruiting processes, compensation, interview protocols and offers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, align them with business priorities and meet headcount goals.
• Drive sourcing initiatives using innovative techniques to identify high‑caliber candidates.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including data entry in recruiting systems, offer extension, negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead talent and offer negotiations to secure top candidates while maintaining company standards.
• Own or support recruiting projects such as ramps, mergers and acquisitions, focusing on continuous process improvement.
• Maintain market intelligence on financial position, competitive landscape and geographic trends to shape recruiting strategy.
• Apply business acumen to align recruiting activities with Micron’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, market research or related recruiting functions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management abilities, including tracking progress, managing risks and delivering results.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standard methodologies and company policies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
