About the role
Coupang is reimagining the shopping experience in Taiwan, offering services such as Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas. The company is expanding its operations and seeks a senior specialist to lead last‑mile logistics program management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution and coordination of capacity‑planning models for last‑mile logistics, aligning with operational goals.
- Own daily and monthly manpower and asset planning, collaborating with operations teams for timely execution.
- Analyze driver performance and cost models to identify productivity gaps and improve route efficiency.
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of workforce‑planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and agility.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in last‑mile and middle‑mile logistics.
- Proven data‑processing and analytical experience to build decision‑support models.
- Strong communication skills across various contexts.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and SQL/Python.
