About the role
Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery team is looking for a Senior Professional Sales Representative for the North territory in Taipei. This is a commission-based clinical sales position focused on hospital and hospital systems accounts, selling surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory sales in the assigned accounts
- Provide field service to customers
- Conduct product in-service, product evaluations and new product launches
- Update marketing and sales management on business conditions and competitive activity
- Negotiate pricing and establish hospital contracts
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians and purchasing and administrative staff
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Required profile
- University graduate or above
- Good command of Mandarin, Taiwanese and English
- Medical experience is a plus
- Logical thinking process with strong business sense
