Senior Production Planning Analyst

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Production Planning Analyst to drive efficient manufacturing operations in Taoyuan City. You will collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate planning, inventory control, and timely execution of production orders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update item master files and subcontractor BOMs.
• Perform material, capacity, and master schedule planning.
• Manage purchase and production orders, coordinating with intercompany, in‑house, and subcontractor teams.
• Conduct supplier cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Compile production reports, analyze data, and present findings.
• Coordinate operations across production, procurement, warehousing, and business departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• SAP (ERP/MRP) proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI.
• Data analysis using ERP/MRP systems.
