Senior Product Manager – Oncology (Taipei)

About the role

Join our company in Taiwan as a Senior Product Manager, Oncology, and take on a high‑impact role at the forefront of one of the most dynamic and meaningful therapeutic areas in healthcare. You will shape brand strategy, influence market execution, and help advance cancer care for patients in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute insight‑driven brand and marketing strategies that accelerate growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Manage brand P&L, including sales forecasting, promotional budget planning, and performance tracking.
• Partner with sales leadership and field teams to translate strategy into impactful execution through tools, training, and performance follow‑up.
• Collaborate with medical, market access, regulatory, supply chain and other partners to deliver integrated, cross‑functional plans.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitive dynamics, turning them into timely strategic actions.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, marketing, medical or related commercial roles.
• Strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving ability and confidence to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across functions and external stakeholders.
