Senior Product Manager – Marketing & Brand

About the role

Philips is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the Marketing Manager in shaping commercial plans, launching new products and driving brand communication. The role focuses on accelerating business growth and meeting sales targets in the consumer electronics market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual ATL & BTL marketing plans, portfolio management and category strategy to achieve sales and market‑share goals.
• Collect and analyse market dynamics, consumer insights and competitor actions to advise senior management on brand positioning, media mix and communication angles.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare forecasts, monitor performance, control pricing and promotions, and manage the A&P budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including local/regional marketing, finance, supply chain and legal—to deliver solutions that maximise business results.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of brand management or product marketing experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, advertising, media buying and promotion tactics.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and communicate with cross‑functional teams, especially sales.
• Excellent project, time and financial management skills, with a focus on pricing and margin.
