Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead our global procurement operations and drive long‑term supply chain excellence. In this high‑impact role you will work closely with executive leadership to shape sourcing strategies, optimise our vendor ecosystem, and support the future growth and scaling of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management – develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for key categories to support business growth and profitability targets.
• Supplier Relationship & Performance Management – build and maintain long‑term, strategic partnerships with key global suppliers and vendors.
• Supply Chain Optimization & Risk Management – identify potential supply chain vulnerabilities, geopolitical risks, and cost fluctuations, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership & Strategic Growth – collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Product Marketing, and Finance to align procurement strategies with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity (preferably within a global tech, manufacturing, or corporate environment).
