Logistics Manager – Global IT Asset Lifecycle

About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end lifecycle management of our global IT assets. The role combines strategic planning, cost analysis, warehousing and hardware inventory management while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT equipment—from procurement and imaging to secure decommissioning and e‑waste disposal (ITAD).
- Develop and enforce SOPs for global shipping, receiving and inventory auditing, and provide quarterly variance analysis to senior leadership.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for Importer/Exporter of Record processes, ensuring HTS/ECCN classification and customs compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and service‑level agreements with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and hardware vendors, conducting regular business reviews.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, with at least 5 years focused on IT hardware or high‑tech sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or Business Administration; PMP, CSCP or CITAM certifications preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience using IT Asset Management (ITAM) software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
- Strong analytical ability to define and track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, mean time to deploy and total cost of ownership.
