Senior Occupational Health Nurse – Hsinchu

About the role

ASML Taiwan is seeking a senior Occupational Health Nurse to lead health management for its Hsinchu office and support the Linkou site. The role involves planning health programs, overseeing medical checks, and responding to emergencies while travelling up to 20% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and manage employees’ mental and physical health.
• Plan and execute annual health promotion activities based on employee health conditions.
• Supervise, train and guide the first‑aider team.
• Arrange annual health checks for Taiwan employees and analyse health exam reports to identify high‑risk groups.
• Provide one‑on‑one health education and continuous health management to prevent occupational diseases.
• Collaborate with company doctors and safety specialists to understand job hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and propose emergency response actions for situations such as Covid, MERS, or dengue fever.
• Offer immediate medical assistance or health consultation to employees in Taiwan and abroad.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing care experience in medical centers or regional hospitals.
• At least 5 years experience in occupational health, including 3 years in a high‑tech or semiconductor environment.
• Valid nursing license and completion of a 52‑hour professional training for occupational health services.
