Senior Medical Manager – Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Medical Manager to lead rare disease diagnostics initiatives across Taiwan and Hong Kong. The role combines strategic program leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and medical affairs support to advance our diagnostics portfolio and address unmet patient needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end rare disease diagnostics projects, defining milestones, outcomes and documentation.
• Coordinate work streams with cross‑functional teams for the TW/HK portfolio, enhancing diagnostics and meeting medical and customer needs.
• Maintain and improve program documentation and digital platforms for efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Provide feedback to ongoing projects to avoid duplication and ensure connectivity.
• Serve as liaison for operational, legal, compliance, quality and procurement matters.
• Contribute to strategic budget planning and develop metrics to track program impact.
• Identify diagnostic and scientific affairs needs in line with medical affairs strategy.
• Develop and implement strategies for diagnostic activities and scientific projects.
• Partner with local and global diagnostics colleagues for seamless communication and execution.
• Monitor diagnostic trends and emerging technologies to enhance the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Hong Kong stakeholders to align diagnostic strategies with local healthcare dynamics, including occasional travel.
• Provide medical affairs support for assigned rare disease therapeutic areas in Taiwan, including KOL engagement, scientific communication, education, real‑world evidence and insight generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading rare disease diagnostics projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in Taiwan and/or Hong Kong.
• Ability to liaise with operational, legal, compliance, quality and procurement functions.
• Background in medical affairs support for rare disease therapeutic areas.
