Senior Manufacture Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Senior Manufacture Engineer within its Global Operation and Technology Group. The engineer joins a semiconductor process integration and device engineering team in Hsinchu, Taiwan, supporting electrical data analysis, product yield improvement, excursion prevention and resolution, and technology qualification. The role also involves process development for next-generation mixed-signal and BCD technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support electrical data analysis and product yield improvement
• Contribute to excursion prevention and resolution
• Take part in technology qualification
• Work on process development for next-generation mixed-signal and BCD technologies

Required profile

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or an equivalent field
• Minimum 3-7 years of semiconductor industry experience
• Understanding of device performance and process integration interactions
• Understanding of integrated circuit functionality and device characterization
• Strong analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and work in a team

The position requires travel about 10% of the time and is a day shift. Applicants who need access to technical data may have to undergo an export licensing review; US citizens, permanent residents and protected individuals are exempt. The job type is experienced.
