Senior Manager, Pricing Sharpness

About the role

The Price Sharpness team ensures Coupang's price effectiveness by auditing product pricing against company policies, finding the root causes of pricing gaps and working with operations to fix them. It also leads audit efficiency improvements and identifies emerging risks affecting price effectiveness. The Senior Manager leads this work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead price sharpness audits and generate reports, including sampling Coupang products to benchmark comparable sellers and maintain and upgrade audit templates
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation: investigate audit failures and work with stakeholders to fix processes
• Build and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and share best practices and audit observations with the team
• Document and control quality: perform internal peer reviews of audit results and record corrective actions for audit defects
• Handle other ad-hoc financial program management tasks

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in process setup, operations and audit
• Ability to carry out operational processes within timelines
• Ability to understand and apply standards and policies, and to fix process defects

• SQL and Power BI are preferred
