Senior Logistics Manager, APAC

About the role

Arm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for AGI CPU products across the APAC region, coordinating material movement from wafer fabrication through assembly, test and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for AGI CPU products from wafer fabrication through assembly, test and delivery to customers or downstream sites.
• Coordinate global logistics activities across semiconductor foundries, OSATs, substrate suppliers, test facilities, ODMs and 3PL providers.
• Proactively monitor shipments, identify potential delays and drive rapid resolution of transportation, customs and carrier issues.
• Ensure timely movement of wafers, substrates, packaged devices, engineering samples, qualification material and production inventory.
• Oversee cross‑border shipments in line with trade‑compliance policies, working with Arm Trade Compliance, customs brokers and logistics partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of logistics or supply‑chain experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including work with fabs, OSATs and 3PLs.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin and able to work effectively across global teams.
• Experience with international freight (air, ocean, courier), customs clearance and import/export documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and supply‑chain systems such as SAP, Oracle or Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of international freight operations, customs clearance procedures and import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
