Senior Data Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Specialist to lead strategic Business Intelligence and data transformation initiatives. The role will bridge business objectives with cutting‑edge data solutions, ensuring high‑quality, scalable analytics across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end BI and data transformation projects from concept through design and implementation.
• Design and implement complex data pipelines using the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to guarantee data quality.
• Optimize enterprise‑wide data solutions on Databricks and Microsoft Fabric for big‑data processing and AI/ML workloads.
• Create interactive, high‑performance Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders to embed predictive modeling and machine‑learning models into daily operations.
• Enforce data architecture, security, and governance standards across BI and AI platforms.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of modern data‑warehouse, data‑lake, and data‑mesh concepts.
