Senior Business Development & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑value accounts in the fintech/crypto space. You will be fully accountable for total value locked (TVL) and gross profit, while building strong, long‑term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own a Book of Business: manage a tiered portfolio, drive TVL and gross profit.
• Drive regular engagement: execute monthly touchpoints, share product updates and research.
• Conduct deep discovery: map each client’s trading profile, volumes, needs and challenges.
• Create tailored solutions: design custom structures, quantify economics and risks, and escalate internally when needed.
• Close the feedback loop: relay product feedback and competitor insights to the product roadmap.
• Maintain pristine records: log every interaction, need and escalation in operational systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in account management, client coverage, solutions sales or sales engineering, preferably in exchange, prime brokerage, trading infrastructure, fintech or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to build and follow a personal sales process and pipeline hygiene.
• Rapid fluency with complex financial products, especially derivatives mechanics such as perpetual swaps, funding and fee structures.
• Prior exposure to derivatives or crypto is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Self‑sufficient and able to create materials from internal resources without pre‑made collateral.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
