Sales Trainer – Cloud Solutions (Taiwan Market)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Trainer to lead the readiness agenda for our Cloud Solutions program targeting the Taiwan market. The role will design and deliver training that equips new hires and existing agents with product knowledge, sales skills and process expertise to drive stronger customer conversations and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end readiness strategy, including onboarding, nesting support, refresher training and certification tracking.
• Design and deliver practical training programs covering Cloud Solution positioning, discovery, objection handling, value messaging and sales process compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Team Leads and Managers to identify skill gaps and create focused interventions.
• Maintain structured learning paths, training materials, playbooks and knowledge‑check tools.
• Conduct training needs analysis using sales performance data, pipeline quality and coaching feedback.
• Report on readiness metrics such as training completion, assessment scores and certification progress.
• Collaborate with operations to align evaluation standards, calibration topics and coaching priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training, enablement or readiness within a contact‑center or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based solutions and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑focused messaging.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a data‑driven mindset for measuring impact.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, managers and quality teams.
