Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist works on‑site at Home Resource’s showroom in Taipei, engaging directly with customers to understand their home furnishing needs and recommend suitable solutions. This full‑time position focuses on driving sales performance through personalized service, product presentation, and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the showroom, assess their requirements, and present relevant product features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and track leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure accurate sales records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collective sales goals and participate in promotional events.
• Provide basic product training to new colleagues and share best practices.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated sales experience, including need identification, solution presentation, and deal closure.
• Experience coaching or training peers on product knowledge or sales techniques.
• Understanding of sales‑management concepts such as pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Taipei, including weekends or holidays as needed.
