Sales Manager - Grid Automation

Hitachi Energy Taiwan is looking for a Sales Manager in Nangang District, Taipei. The role lets you become an expert in the specific market and deliver top-quality products to clients, while contributing to business growth, customer satisfaction and team building in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share, enter new customer segments and meet sales quotas and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure using CRM tools and keeping accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market analysis to management.
• Sell Grid Automation products by identifying opportunities, engaging clients and offering tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Negotiate and close complex sales deals and contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, Segment, Marketing and Technical Support teams and improve sales processes and tools.
• Comply with all regulations, company policies and ethical standards, and uphold safety and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical sales, pre-sales or solutions architecture, preferably in a large enterprise technology company; grid industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (speaking, listening and writing).
