Sales Financial Analyst

About the role

Hyve Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Financial Analyst to join its Finance Operations team. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis for new site launches and ongoing site operations, providing visibility into spending trends and supporting disciplined financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead routine, new, and ad‑hoc financial analyses aligned with evolving business needs.
• Partner with the Manager, Financial Operations on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage costs related to new site launches, customer initiatives, and ongoing operations.
• Track manufacturing and operational spending against budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across customer programs and operational functions.
• Perform variance analysis and cost modeling to explain financial performance and spending trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams.
• Identify cost risks, process gaps, and savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies, financial governance standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives through automation, reporting enhancements, and process optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or cost management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building cross‑functional partnerships.
