Sales Engineer

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Sales Engineer in Tainan City. The role involves developing new customers face-to-face and by cold visits, introducing key products and providing quotations and lead times, while maintaining customer relationships and exploring new products, projects and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Face-to-face and cold visits to develop new customers
• Introduce hero products and provide solutions to customers
• Provide quotations and lead times and ensure stable supply
• Develop new customers in data centers, robotics, automotive or other fields
• Routine visits, conference calls and emails with customers to maintain relationships
• Develop new products, projects and businesses

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with an engineering and commercial background
• Minimum 5 years of fastener or related commercial experience including marketing and sales
• Good command of both English and Chinese is a must
• Responsibility, integrity and honesty

Required skills

• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Ability to work well in teams and independently
