Repair & Test Technician

About the role

The Repair & Test Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing electronic products in a fast‑paced production environment. The role ensures that each unit meets quality standards before shipment and supports engineering change implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Visually inspect products prior to testing to confirm readiness and compliance.
• Execute functional tests, identify defective components, and record results in the RMA repair database.
• Perform Engineering Change Order (ECO) upgrades as required.
• Follow supervisor instructions and standardized testing procedures to meet daily demand and quality targets.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while adhering to company policies and production schedules.
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in electronic or electrical engineering or a related technical certificate.
• Fundamental understanding of PC, system and server operation with basic troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Required skills

• Operating systems: Windows and/or Linux.
• Hardware diagnostics and use of diagnostic hand tools.
• PC and server hardware operation.
• Basic troubleshooting techniques.
