Quality Supervisor – Optical Fiber & ISO9000

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will lead the quality assurance function for our Optical Solutions Business Unit, ensuring that all incoming supplier materials and finished products meet stringent customer and ISO requirements. This role is pivotal in maintaining product reliability from design through production and supporting external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Oversee supplier‑chain quality, guaranteeing material compliance with specifications.
• Ensure all products satisfy customer quality requirements and reliability targets.
• Coordinate customer line audits, address findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Monitor product quality throughout design, development, and manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• BS degree in Engineering, Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and product management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards.
• Experience hosting or supporting customer audits.
