Quality Manager – CFPA Site

About the role

As the Quality Manager for the CFPA site, you will lead the quality organization, ensuring that products, processes and systems meet customer, regulatory and company requirements while driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site quality activities, develop and deploy quality strategies, set performance targets and allocate resources aligned with business goals.
• Coach, develop and succession‑plan Quality Engineers, supervisors, inspectors and other quality personnel.
• Act as the site representative for critical customer matters, overseeing complaint resolution, 8D reports, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and other customer‑specific and regulatory requirements, and lead internal, customer and third‑party audits.
• Ensure effective incoming, in‑process and final quality controls, strengthen inspection gates and prevent quality escapes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering or management and at least 5 years of people‑leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in customer quality issue resolution, cross‑functional corrective actions and audit management.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• PCB/FPCB and electronics manufacturing knowledge.
• Quality data analysis and problem‑solving methodologies.
