Quality Engineering Analyst – QA Specialist

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst to join its delivery team in Taipei City. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality delivery of information system changes for business lines, with an emphasis on mobile insurance digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee testing activities, including regression and performance testing, to guarantee that system changes meet business requirements without degrading existing functionality.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather testing requirements, define coverage, and formalize delegation scopes.
• Review bug‑fix solutions with the IT department, assess implementation costs, and ensure proper hand‑over documentation and training for production deployment.
• Maintain internal control standards, prepare delegation letters, and identify impacted functions to estimate regression impact.
• Develop and apply testing strategies aligned with modification scope and create comprehensive test cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or testing for digital platforms, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess risk, cost, and impact of system changes.
• Ability to produce clear hand‑over documents and conduct user trainings.
