Quality Control III – Inspection & SPC Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control III role ensures that all incoming materials, in‑process items, and finished goods meet strict quality standards. You will apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques, manage inspection documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming material inspections and handle non‑conforming items.
• Conduct in‑line process quality checks and manage non‑conformance handling.
• Inspect final products, generate reports, and maintain quality records.
• Implement and monitor SPC systems, creating quality charts and trend analyses.
• Participate actively in quality improvement plans and project investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Entegris Quality Systems, ISO standards, and relevant regulations.
• Follow EHS and 5S guidelines to maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and accuracy in inspection and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., LIMS).
• Experience with SPC, basic statistical methods, or statistical software packages.
